    Helpful Tips on Sanatana Dharma / Hindu Principles - 82For Good Health, perform Sudarshana Japa (The Sanskrit word japa is derived from the root jap, meaning "to utter in a low voice, repeat internally, mutter") for period of 21 days. At the end of 21 days perform Sudarshana Homa if possible or offer archana to Lord Vishnu Temple. The moola mantra is as given below:

Now start your inhale as deeper and exhale as longer through the Left Nostril (Chandra Nadi) which is open for 21 times. Go to Guru Sri Raghavendra Temple, keep Kempu Akshatha (Akshatha is uncooked rice mixed with kumkum and little bit of water) in front of lord and put your question to him with full devotion. After putting your question, take some (only few) akshatha from it and count it, if you get in even order you can go ahead for whatever question you have put. If you get in odd order think over it twice.
    Note: The uncooked rice used in akshatha should not be broken.
